I have a problem to set correct time zone for FreeBSD.
After entered xx:yy, then it doesn't matter which time zone I pick,
the configuration program always shows me a wrong time and a wrong year.

Here is the sequence:
Please enter the local time using 24 hour style,
16:30
2 CMOS clock is set to local time
7 North and South America
44 United States
15 Pacific time
Does 04:30:45 29.7.1992 PDT look reasonable?
	< Yes > < No >

However, if I choose Yes, everything looks fine.
If I pick No and try to pick up anything else, then time goes wrong.

Should this be fixed in 2.1 Release?
