I would like to control my FreeBSD2.0 server "ip flow", to allow
traffic from internal network to external only.

I tried to recompile kernel, and turn on GATEWAY, IPFIREWALL, and
IPFIREWALL_VERBOSE options. When I telnet from internal network, it
 failed (timeout).

I would like to know, whether you need telnetd to listen on port 23 or
 not, to achieve this.

 Any idea, please.

 Thanks and Best Regards
