I tried to recompile kernel, and turn on GATEWAY, IPFIREWALL, and IPFIREWALL_VERBOSE options. When I telnet from internal network, it failed (timeout). I would like to know, whether you need telnetd to listen on port 23 or not, to achieve this. Any idea, please. Thanks and Best Regards
