Can anyone help me with a problem in setting up a SLIP server using
FReeBSD. I have followed the instructions in the FreeBSD handbook
located at http://www.freebsd.org.

I have set up a SLIP account on the server and I can dial into it OK
using chameleon for windows software. The problem is that I can only
access the server and I cant access any other machine outside of it,
not even my router. ie. when I ping my SLIP host, it pings Ok ( I can
also ping my SLIP client machine from my SLIP server ), but when I ping
anything else I dont get any result back.

I have tried to set up the SLIP server so that it uses proxy ARP as
described in the FReeBSD handbook but I dont fully understand it.

It appears that somehow I have to set up correct routing for my SLIP
client machine, but I'm not sure how to do it.

Could anyone please give me any hints on how to resolve this problem.
Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

Paul.
