Not a FAQ, but there is an install document for 1.0 (fairly old). There
is also a HOWTO for the IIsi around, but you should ignore it--it has
old information in it. The current NetBSD snapshot for the mac68k
should support the IIsi.

It's available from ftp.netbsd.org in pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k. The
install document for 1.0 is available on the WWW as well as from another
directory on ftp.netbsd.org.

Check out http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/mac68k/index.html for more info on
the mac port, and send e-mail to me, or to macbsd-general@netbsd.org if
you have more questions.
