I know this feature: the 'holographic' shell; it's nice and helpfull but:
- it's chrooted to /mnt (no ps possible)
- it's started too late

My idea was:
start the FreeBSD installer;
start a shell via Alt-F4
MAKEDEV /dev/sd4 (the SCSI Id of the Zip drive is 5; only 5 or 6 are
possible)
Let the installer do the dirty work of fdisk-ing, disklabel-ing and
newfs-ing the Zip disk.

Next I mounted the boot floppy, but only one file ('kernel') is visible.
my idea: MAKEDEV /dev/sd4 on the boot floppy.

I only want that Zip drive get working, nothing more.
(Under Dos and Linux it works fine and i's fast: 700kB when reading with dd)
