I  trust you mean 0.1, not 0.0 . Those who succeeded with 0.0 are
definite veterans, and should be awarded the equivalent of a 
purple heart.

As to the 287, it will work. Likewise, ancient 386 steppings (sigma sigma)
will also (I have a system with both -- a joy to behold). These are
not reccomended for intense use -- some of the chip bugs interact to
occanisionally hang the system. However, this happened so infrequently
for me that I never really cared.
