In this case your IP Address doesn't have a proper reverse PTR. This has
to be done by the administrator of your reverse domain segment. For 
example, if your IP is 203.120.4.51, you'll have to have the admin
of the 4.120.203.in-addr.arpa domain add this to his database file:

51	IN	PTR	yourmachine.domain.com.

Maybe contact your access provider about this.
