It's very nice to see some effort on i18n, but I rather keep the
(harmless) jokes if I got some REAL i18n! Unix (and the communication
between Unix boxes), no matter what brand, still can't handle 8/16 bits
characters.

If I used the Swedish characters a-ring, a-dieresis, and o-dieresis in
this mail, most of you guys would read e, d, and v. I even can't spell
my name right!

To defend the removal of jokes with a concern of the international
audience, seems to be a poor excuse from some <censored>!
