I've gotten many requests for the URL so here it goes:

This stuff would appear to be 4.3 Berkeley specific (sorry, I haven't
been there in a while) but it only differs from BSD 4.4 slightly. In
many cases in fact it looks as though the only difference is that they
changed the titles from 4.3 BSD to 4.4 BSD. 

There is a webserver at the address too.
