Is that still the case Yes. The SCSI, ADB, and built-in ethernet are the three big holes at the moment. I have booted my Quadra 700 by using a RAM-based mini-root and a serial console, but I haven't done much more than that... It's "on the list." That's real nice, except that I don't know of any documentation on the DMA engine.
