The problem is that the scrollbar in xemacs doesnot accurately reflect my posistion in the file when I move up and down. ie most often the solid portion of the scrollbar fills up the entire length of the scrollbar area. Moving up and down causes it to flash but not to change (ie I would expect that the greyed in area moved up or down within the scrollbar area). The problem also exists in some other applications, xman, xftp.... Running on the same machine, with the same version of XFree, the same XFConfig and using Linux and I don't get the problem. Any ideas?? /mark PS The same problem has been in the XFree release from 2.0 and 2.0.5. -- /--------------------------------------------------------------/ / Mark Hannon, Melbourne, Australia mark@seeware.DIALix.oz.au / / Running FreeBSD - Free Unix for your PC!
