    I am using FreeBSD 2.0.5 Release and BSD/OS 2.0. When a user disconnects 
 by dropping there connection the parent dies but the children remain, some
 in fast loops ( tin is a good example ). 

   I know this went around once before but I never heard if a solution was
  found.
