I am a Chinese, and my users are using Chinese 8 bits.
I compile one tcsh, and they can input 8 bits words in
pico but in vi.

There is one program named celvis, it is for Unix.
I ever compile it under Linux, and FreeBSD, it works
well. But in BSDI 2.0, it got problem. Could anyone
solve it well ??? Thank you in advance.
