I looked at bonnie - there are only old numbers in the Documentation file against which my machine looked fast, but I do not have a comparison against other machines of the same size. Are there any newer? Bonnie was compiled with -O2 and nothing else. The benchmarks where taken on a relatively quiet time, with only one person on the terminal using irc/telnet/pine. Cheers, Michael Will
