BSDI is a popular choice I think Bill's amusement (and mine) derives from the fact that Microsoft has been touting NT as the server OS to end all. Nobody doubts that Microsoft runs all kinds of computers and OS's internally, but this is exactly the kind of application for which NT is supposed to be so great. Yeah, but NT is only half of it. In addition, you have to have an industrial strength web server to run on it. And, to my knowledge, Microsoft doesn't have one of those, yet. -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Michael L.
