There's half-cooked code for it in the `release' Makefile, and you can
always utilize the `crunch' mechanism to compile all the required
programs into one huge binary.  I forgot where exactly crunch resides
in the file system, but at least, there's an example configuration
file for a fixit floppy around.  You apparently need to include
init(8) into it, and you might or might not want to stick a kernel
onto the same floppy.  If you decide to put the kernel onto a
different floppy, simply change the media after the kernel has been
loaded, but before the root file system will be mounted.  (If you are
cautious, boot with -c, and type the `quit' from UserConfig only after
changing the media first.)
