If you had bothered to do any research you probably would've found out that most of the netbsd's discussions are carried on a variety of mailing lists served out of netbsd.org. Instead, in true usenet fashion, you decide to whine in public. >(b) Linux DOES support ip tunneling and masquerading >(and as far as I can tell NetBSD doesn't. I've looked at the >www.netbsd.org site and waited patiently for a response to my post). A quick grep through the man pages reveals the term ip tunneling in the man page for mrouted. This what you're looking for? As for masquerading, well I didn't find any such term. Someone else mentioned "ifconfig alias". Is that what you're looking for? >Both Linux and NetBSD are user supported operating systems. Welp, you got what probably is the answer to your question, but it seems as if it was a troll anyway.
