Message-ID: <1992Sep14.192920.8812@burns.jpl.nasa.gov> Sender: news@burns.jpl.nasa.gov (Usenet News Account) Nntp-Posting-Host: spc9.jpl.nasa.gov Organization: Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, CA Date: Mon, 14 Sep 1992 19:29:20 GMT Lines: 22 Greetings. I just loaded the binaries onto my system but upon booting, the system only finds my drive at SCSI ID 0 (LUN 0). I have a second drive at SCSI ID 1 (LUN 1) but it is unknown to 386bsd. I have an Adaptec 1540b that is at SCSI ID 7 and it finds the drives just fine when doing the ROM format util. Am I missing something? The FAQ mentions a second HD but I think that is for MFM/IDE type drives. I am assuming this due to the fix listed for wd.c. Must I get the sources and apply a fix? Most appreciated.
