For FreeBSD 2.0.5 or later, use the ``conflicts'' keyword instead:

device          psm0    at isa? port "IO_KBD" conflicts tty irq 12 vector \
psmintr

This is the appropriate line out of LINT, i wonder why people don't
just read there?
