This could be because I had to do a manual 'cpio' from the etc01.?? files, however after grabbing a listing from cpio of the files, I can't find the dir in the archive. Could someone let me know whats going on ? I usually use 'tar', and this was the first time I have used cpio. Did I leave something out ? As a result of not having the directory, I get a 'can't find ../../sys/param.h' error from make. And replies by email appreciated.
