Maybe I missed a related discussion, but the "strtod(3)" routine
is missing from the 386BSD distribution. The man page is there, but
no source. I tried ftp.uu.net and the same situation. Man page
but no source. Whats the deal?????

I have ported tcl and expect, I've got a compile but the
linker screams about the unresolved external reference to "strtod(3).

If the source is available I would appreciate someone mailing it
to me or posting it.

Thanks,
