I had trouble getting this card to work too. Here's what I figured
out:

1. You must run the config program on the floppy and it has to agree
with the config under FreeBSD. Not doing this kept it from working.

2. I too find that it only works with 10baseT. The 10base2 adapter
doesn't work under FreeBSD. It works just fine under the DOS ODI
driver and under Windows 95.
