I forgot to mention the following: With vnconfig(8), you can use any file as a device, including those on MS DOS partition (if you have any). The first thing, that comes to mind is making use of windows swap file. The disadvantage is that you have yet another lay- er of functionality to access MS DOS files, which will slow you down, but will work! -mi -- -- Why is that 2 o'clock all the time?! -- It is a manometer!!!
