I have similar sound interference problems on my 486/33. My SoundBlaster PRO picks up the disk controller's activity and amplifies it quite nicely into a soft scribbling sort of sound. When I turn down the volume on the speaker output, or reduce the master gain levels via software, the noise level goes down. -- John Kohl <jtk@tiac.net> or <jtk@kolvir.arlington.ma.us>
