	Hi,
		I installed a 8013 EPC ( western digital ) ethernet card
and changed the irq 2 to Irq 3 and rebuit the kernel, kernel booted fine
and it found ethernet controller at irq3

	e.g.

we0 ethernet address 00::00:c0:38:c6:42 at 0x280 irq 3 on isa

ifconfig worked fine but I cannot connect/ping to any another
host on the network,in some earlier posting someone mentioned that
one has to move vga card to 8 bit slot so that western digital
ethernet controller can work,I moved my 16 bit vga card to 8 bit
slot,it still did not work,I changed ethernet card with new one ,it
still did not work, then I took old kernel and got 8013 EPC card
it also behaved same way,it is being recognized at boot time, but
I can do nothing with it,but I can ping to same host .

also card is not recognized at warm boot.

		Please help.

							Thanks
