Describing the problem in more detail would be a good start. In particular, can you talk to AutoSCSI (the ROM-resident BusLogic utilities)? When you boot from the distribution floppies, do they report seeing a bha controller? If you can't boot off the floppies, try again with -autodebug 10 and/or using the boot2 floppy instead of boot1.
