Has anyone experienced trouble with freebsd when
upgrading from 8M RAM to 16M RAM?

After upgrading to 16M of RAM, I can boot freebsd and then:

panic: page fault.

After that I cannot reboot unless I go back to 8M RAM and run
fsck to repair the file system.

The problem does not occur with Windows or DOS.

I appreciate anyones help.

Thanks,
Dave
