On a machine I recently installed BSDI on (P100/BT946C) I had to use
the _bios_ bootblocks in order to get the darn thing to boot. The
BT946C also used a non-standard io address (0x134). You can get around
this using the "-dev bha0 port=0x134" command in the bootloader. (or
recompile the kernel once you're running)
