Yup ... there's mailing list.  `port-hp300@NetBSD.ORG'.  You can get on this
list by sending a message to `majordomo@NetBSD.ORG' with the message
body "subscribe port-hp300".

You might also want to check out the NetBSD WWW server:

	http://www.NetBSD.ORG/

There are a few pages specific to the hp300 port on that server.
