Hmm, after trawling through the rest of comp.unix.bsd.freebsd.misc,
and also glancing at Cousin Linux, perhaps I should have asked:

Is it possible to install FreeBSD 2.0.5 onto a laptop from a CD-ROM
attached by a PCMCIA SCSI card?

If you're speaking from experience, please post your hardware configuration.

Has anyone successfully used a PCMCIA SCSI card (such as Adaptec's EZSCSI)
with FreeBSD?
