I am using freebsd 2.0.5R . The bios of ncr is ncrpci04.3.06.00

The 4G hard disk is Quantum XP34301

The hard disk boot up is okay, on error occurs.
When I mount the disk to the filing system it appears as follow:

in getcc reselect by t1
assertion "cp==np->header.cp" failed file "../../pci/ncr.c"
		ncr0: restart (fatal error)
		ncr0: restart (fatal error)
		ncr0: restart (fatal error)
		ncr0: restart (fatal error)
system reboot
