It uses a proprietary interface card (by Toptek Micro Computer Inc) that handles several types of drives (sony/mitsumi/panasonic/philips). I have set the I/O address to one of the values in the options.h file (0x260) and upon boot up I get the following... matcd0: get_stat: After reading status byte, bus didn't go idle ff f7 260 over and over again. The drive is a 562-J and I'm running under 2.0.5-RELEASE. Has anyone else seen this? cheers alex -- alex@netwaves.com You're smarter than TV. So what?
