I took the advice from people here and replaced my IDE CD-ROM
drive with a SCSI (SANYO 254). It finally arrived earlier
in the week. Great, but now, how do I set it up to be
recognized by DOS? I do have DOS 6.NN, only. Since I know
virtually zip about anything M'Soft, hopefully somebody in
this newsgroup can help me out: give me the exact string to
type into the AUTOEX.BAT <or whatever> file.
Anybody who know, and wants to help, please send mail to me
at kline@tera.com; or here at eskimo.com.
Thanks muchly.
