I have had tons of trouble in my attempts to get the CERN httpd server to
compile under BSDI 2.0

I was able to hack the Makefile to force it to see the BSDI box as "unix"
(rather than error out), but now it won't compile due to problems in the
programs themselves.

Actually, I'm only looking to build the CGIParse program, so if someone has
that and can mail it to me, I'd appreciate it greatly!
