[snip] I would be very wary of this drive, esp if it is one of the 7200 RPM models. They had problems with the berings on many of their 7200 RPM drives that lead failues. Of the 22 Micropolis 7200 RPM drives I bought for work (about 1/2 the 4G model, 1/2 2G), I have sent back for warranty repair 16. According to Micropolis (as per the company that sold me the drives) they only have a 5% failure rate ... I see it a little higher. -- - pitts@interaccess.com ^ | James J.
