I don't know about the Canon but the HP 85xC isn't presently well supported in any of those three. Win95 support has been promised by HP at mid-October, for now 550C drivers work but lose most of its advanced abilities. For Linux/FreeBSD you'd want a GhostScript driver for it which isn't available either, although again 550C driver will work but... I'd expect a proper GS driver for the 85x to appear sooner or later, but it isn't helped any by the apparent lack of any kind of Technical Reference for the thing! -- Tapani Tarvainen
