Keywords: 386BSD, BSD, NFS Message-ID: <1992Sep17.093701.18071@nessie.mcc.ac.uk> Date: 17 Sep 92 09:37:01 GMT Organization: Manchester Computing Centre Lines: 19 I'm currently running 386BSD on my Olivetti M380 and I am generally happy with it. Thank Bill & Lynne. However, there is one annoying problem with NFS. NFS hangs when reading or writing a large file using NFS, this makes life difficult as I dont have the space available to experience the torments of X. I have already reduced the NFS read & write buffers originally to 4K and now down to 1K without any significant difference. Has anybody got any ideas?
