There is of course a Lance driver in FreeBSD !

The problem is, that there is no PCI bus probe for this card.
You can make it work, if you boot into "config" mode using the 
"-c" boot option, and then set the "lnc0" driver parameters to 
the values printed for some "class network" device by the PCI 
probe code ...
