Dave, if you are still bored over the incident over HTTPD, let me just remind you that the FreeBSD CORE development team has no obligation to support HTTPD or whatsoever. Their main job is to developed the kernel and they have so far done a great job. Jordon has make the installation so simple that most newbies can get off without much help. Now, if you look _HARD_ enough, there is enough documentation. Obviously you didnt even bother to check out http://www.freebsd.org/ or even nearer to you, /usr/share/FAQ/ directory.
