You don't really need the RPM (unless you've got a very old drive and
are keen to benefit of the ufs optimazation strategies).  Any RPM
value > 0 will do.

In 2.0.5, there's been a bug that caused the incorrect value of 0 to
be entered into the label.

Looks like the INQUIRY command failed (for unknown reason).
