I'm looking for a 32 bit ethernet card to use in a 486 ISA box under 386BSD.

There is no such thing as a 32-bit Ethernet card for ISA bus
machines, not unless someone has a local bus Ethernet board. Perhaps
you meant EISA? If so, I have none to recommend. I don't like any
of the EISA bus Ethernet cards I've seen.
