Why not simply stop the SCO machine in its tracks, copy any spooled mail to the new box, zero the old mail files and then tweak the SCO box's sendmail to route all mail to the new machine (or you could be really crude and whap .forward files into the home dirs of those users without them which point to the new machine). Then bring the FBsd box up, followed by the SCO machine, and everything should just shift over. The users log into the FBsd box to read their mail, or you install popper (see /usr/ports/mail) for the POP3 folks to do same. -- Jordan
