I've got an Adaptec 1520 with a Seagate ST1480N attached. (Running FreeBSD
2.0.5) The kernel recognizes the drive, including determining the capacity,
etc, but I'm having trouble doing anything like "fdisk" or "disklabel". When
I run them I get timeouts ala:
/kernel sd0(aic0:0:0): timed out
I'm obviously doing something wrong, but I'm an idiot, and am not seeing what
I've missed. Anybody care to help?
Also, at boot time the kernel does not seem to see my 2nd serial port,
although the BIOS does see it. Comments again?
