To test it, I tried the atapi.flp of the latest 951005-SNAP. The drive seems to be found but I get an error/warning: atapi1.0: unknown phase I fetched the current kernel and compiled with Atapi support. The secondary IDE-Controller is found, but the CD-Rom is not. Did I miss something? (Yes, I subscribed to the 'current' Mailing list). Where can I get more information about the driver? Where is the difference in the kernel from atapi.flp and current? Thanx for help Guido
