What id the most interesting that there is the soultion of that problem. You need a boot disk from 2.0-RELEASE. There exists a FIXIT OPtion that allows you to write Boor Manager Once More. It works!! But why that disappeared in newer VERSION. Could a member of Core Team prepare such a tool in 2.1.0-RELEASE.
