What about audio DAT tapes? I have a requirement to be able to read and write an audio DAT tape, such that it is playable in a "real" DAT machine. I'd also like to be able to support the Sony and Fostex timecode "nonstandards". From what I've been able to glean, I need a DAT drive with custom firmware. Is this true? Any and all help or information gratefully appreciated. Thanks... - Der -- Dermot Tynan dtynan@kbss.bt.co.uk Claddagh Films Limited Watch out where the huskies go, and don't you eat that yellow snow.
