I've tried to find out the answer myself to no avail. >Thanks, Scott Clark It means a PPP session for that interface (ppp1) was somehow disconnected or lost. This kind of thing happens on our system when the user is disconnected, but for some reason the modem doesn't know it! We have to kill the process associated with the user who had that interface in order to get rid of those warnings.
