The CAP page at http://www.cs.mu.oz/appletalk/cap.page (which someone
else pointed out) suggests that pl195 has FreeBSD 2.0 support.

They got it working under Linux, and it should be a lot easier to do for
BSD based systems.  It's apparently much faster than CAP, so it'd be
nice to have.  Maybe I'll set that aside as a project if I end up running
FreeBSD.  (I'm still torn between that and Linux.)
