I have a Logitech Soundman 16 soundcard i'm trying to get working. Logitech support has told me i'd need to us a PAS driver for it, so that's the one i've been tinkering with. I've got it configured, and the OS is finding the soundcard, but when I dump an .au file to /dev/audio, the entire OS crashes and then reboots... The odd thing is, when I dump an .au file to /dev/pcaudio i can hear it (VERY quietly and staticy) through the soundcard's speaker... and no crash... Does anyone have any ideas of how to get this working? I'd hate to have to buy another soundcard... (btw, i'm running FreeBSD 2.0R at the moment, waiting to upgrade to 2.1R when it's available) Thank you for your time... Christine
