(519) 746-2900 Lines: 14 Distribution: world Message-ID: <JDU.95Nov3160828@shark.mitra.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: shark.mitra.com I ftped FreeBSD 2.1.0-951026-SNAP and tared "bin", "src" and "xf86312" to a SCSI tape and installed from the tape. Some how the X Window did not get installed. Otherwise, the system runs fine after I recompile the kernel. How can I install the XFree86 without having to reinstall from scratch? Any help would be appreciated. Jiang Du jdu@mitra.com
